There was a disk crash on Christmas eve, which resulted in quite a bit of downtime (16 hours). There was no data loss, we make backups daily and in this case we were able to get all the important data from the crashed disk.

The DNS based failover, which is on the todo list, would have prevented this long downtime. It's not here but it's coming. Also, there will be RAID on the servers at one point.

We apologize for this, of course, but intend to do about it something as well...
