As the picture shows, tags are a way to categorize things, and quite a handy way at that. The more items you have, the more you will benefit from it. For example, if you have a lot of photos, you can easily tag, and group them like this, photos containing clouds or photos containing sunset.

Also you can do this to blog posts or news items too, and you have even the option to let the program suggest you appropriate tags.

All in all, tags fit very well in our service.
