So I love that you obviscated email addresses so they can't be farmed.

But how do I hide my email address. We don't want our emails public. At the bottom the each news post we make our email is on display. We don't want this.

Sorry for the delay.

It's not really exposed, it is mangled with Javascript.

BUT you can also hide it completely - go to your profile and set your WWW address to something and that will be shown instead.
